Hyttyset innostuvat siis erityi-

naishajusta,hiilidioksidistaja
valosta,jakoskaneviettävät
toukka- ja koteloaikansa vesien
äärellä,VESIontietenkin
hyttysille äärettömän tärkeätä.

Ehkätiesitkinjo,ettäainoas-
taan hyttysnaaraat metsästävät
verenhimoisestieläviä olentoja,
koiraatnimittäinjuovat nektaria
eivätkä elä kovinkaanpitkään
parittelun jälkeen.
Miksi sitten eräät ihmiset hou-
kuttelevathyttysiä verijuhliin,
kun taas toisiaeiötökätikinä
pistä?Tutkijatov atmelkein
yhtä ymmällään kuin mekin...

Mosquitoes-they'reso much FUN!!!
Then there was the biologist who woke up in the middle of the night bothered by mosquitos, grabbed
the can of insecticide, sprayed it all around the room and then went back to bed. In the morning he
discovered that the 'insecticide' was really a can of red paint...

Once upon a timea tiny mosquito started tohimselfofhistinytormenter.Thismadehim
buzz round a lion he met. "Go away!" grumbledangrier still, and he roared fiercely. At the sound

land wherever I please."like me!" And highly delighted with his victory,
And so saying, he tickled the lion'sear. In theoff he buzzed.
